How the Best Price program works
* Book on www.hoteladlermilano.it
* If within 24 hours of booking date you find a lower price on the Internet at the same Terms and Conditions, please send us the information by email info@hoteladlermilano.it to Request Best Price Guaranteed, attaching a screen shot or the site where you saw the lower price.
* We will carefully review your report and will get back to you within 2 business days.
* If your claim is accepted, Hotel Adler will send you a new booking confirmation via email, with the new price, that is the best price, thus replacing the original booking.
* If your request is denied, Hotel Adler will send you an email indicating the reasons for the denial.
Terms and Conditions
The customer must have a confirmed reservation made on www.hoteladlermilano.it
The rate found on other websites must meet the following conditions:
* Same hotel;
* Same type of room and style of bed;
* Same date and duration of stay;
* Same conditions of cancellation, payment, changes, restrictions, sales;
* Same number of guests;
* Same type of treatment (i.e.: with or without breakfast, etc.)
* Same currency. For currencies other than the Euro, the conversion is performed on the same day at the Interbank rate listed at http://www.xe.com.
The rate comparison must include all taxes.
Rates for which the Best Price Guaranteed does not apply
* Negotiated rates, group rates, corporate rates and all rates with availability on request;
* Rates corresponding to "promotional packages"
* Rates on other channels with the exception of the Internet.
